Hey my LoveLees!!!!

I know we all have turned into Chefs in our homes. I love cooking for my family but I miss going out to dinner. It's something about having someone else prepare my food that makes me happy. If you're a busy mom like me you have been looking for quick and easy recipes to prepare. Well today I will be giving you all the steps on how I make my Jumbo Stuffed Pasta Shells (highly requested).

What You'll Need:

1 box of jumbo pasta shells

1 lb. of ground turkey or ground beef

1 small green bell pepper (diced)

1 small red or yellow bell pepper (diced)

1/2 white onion (diced)

3 garlic cloves (minced)

Parsley (fresh or dried)

1 45 oz jar of tomato, onion and garlic pasta sauce

1 package of fresh spinach (optional)

1 cup of ricotta cheese

1 package of Kraft Creamy Melt Mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1 tablespoon seasoning Salt

How To:

Step 1: Boil jumbo pasta shells until desired tenderness is reached. Add salt to water for taste.

Step 2: Add one tablespoon of olive oil into a skillet. Once the oil is has heated, add the diced onions, green and red bell peppers and minced garlic to the skillet. Once the veggies have began to sizzle add the ground turkey into the skillet. Season with minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoning salt. Cook until ground turkey is brown and fully cooked. Set aside for later.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 375°.

Step 4: (Is completely optional) In a separate pan, sauté 1 bag of fresh spinach. Add salt and black pepper for taste.

Step 5: In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey mixture, ricotta cheese, and sautéed spinach. Spread a layer of pasta sauce in a large casserole dish to cover the bottom of the dish. Then, begin to stuff the jumbo shells with the combined mixture. After all the shells are stuffed with the mixture, top each shell with additional pasta sauce and top all shells with mozzarella cheese and parsley.

Place in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. And, Viola you have Jumbo Stuffed Pasta Shells. I like to pair them with a small side salad and breadsticks.

I hope you all enjoy this dish as much as family does. Please like, comment and share!
